You haven't heard from me in the last 10 days 'cause I've been fighting a nasty virus. Yuck! Finally felt recovered enough yesterday to participate in the great "Nursery Paint-A-Thon" for the eagerly anticipated Scholes Twins. Woo Hoo! Can't wait to meet the little ladies in late August. (That's right, girls. I want you to stay put until your due date!)

Anyhow, yesterday three fellow Word Women and I drove "over the river and through the woods" to assist jens_fire   We moved furniture, masked ceilings, floors, and woodwork, protected carpeting, and painted like madwomen! The nursery and its furnishings are now shiny and new with Mom-to-be's excellent color scheme...and I'm in recovery mode *lol*

Unfortunately, getting over the flu takes a LOT longer than seems reasonable to this woman. I'm tired of coughing and ready to be back to normal. Ah, well. This too shall pass.
